SHIPPING POLICY

Since trees are living things, our shipping policy has to accommodate them:

  • Shipping options are available based on tree availability (Express or Standard)

  • Shipping includes tree plantation unless you specify in the comment that you do not need tree planting. (this will not reduce the shipping price)

  • Shipped tree cannot be returned unless there are noticeable damage that might endanger the tree. 

  • Based on the option that you have selected (Express or Standard) the shipping time is counted by (Business Days) as we do not operate in the weekends (Friday & Saturday.

  • Trees receipt will need to be signed for upon delivery and this proof would be considered as a confirmation of receipt at your end. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative i.e., a family member, colleague, neighbours, etc. NABATIK takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

  • When paid in cash, please hand in the cash to the delivery person before they proceed to plant the tree. As trees cannot be planted unless cash has been collected

Please Note: Shipping is now only available in Khobar & Dammam area. We are expecting to expand our operation to cover the entire kingdom by mid 2020.

 

REFUND POLICY

Since trees are living things and can be endangered by rapid transportation. We cannot refund any trees bought from our online store unless there are serious damage to them. ​
